The foundation of our firm is built on a deep commitment to serving others. Partner Robert C. Slaughter came to personal injury law following a distinguished career in public service, having served as a Chief Deputy Commonwealth's Attorney and a U.S. Army Colonel and Bronze Star recipient for service in Iraq. Over the past 40 years, he has tried more than 100 jury trials and earned active law licenses in Virginia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.
In 2021, Robert partnered with Everett Lupton, an accomplished attorney with over 25 years of experience advocating for injured people. Alongside attorney David Moyer and attorney Nicole T. Sanzo, they have built a team backed by more than 100 years of combined legal experience. With over 300 jury trials and more than $100 million recovered for clients, our results embody Slaughter & Lupton Law‘s motto: The Power to Win, The Experience to Prove It.
